All prices indicated below include VAT.

*Student fees are for graduate and undergraduate students only. Student registrants will be expected to present proof of student status (e.g. student ID) onsite.
**Registration for accompanying persons includes participation to the welcome reception, the Nobel event and the excursion. It does not include the Conference Dinner ticket, which must be selected in addition to the registration. It also does not include the lunches and coffee breaks.
***Conference Dinner tickets are not included in the registration fees.
Attendee registrations include admission to the oral and poster sessions, the conference welcome package, a paper copy of the program, online access to the book of abstracts, and admission to the coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, Nobel event and excursion. Conference Dinner tickets must be selected separately during the registration.
Registration Instructions
Payment: Payment is via credit card.
Accompanying person: To register accompanying persons, please select the “group booking” option at the end of the registration.
Social events: In the registration form, please select which social events you plan to attend.
Letter of invitation: For visa applicants, you may need to complement your application with a letter of invitation to demonstrate the reason for your trip. Please indicate in the registration form whether you need such a letter. You will be asked for your passport number. The official letter of invitation from the committee will be sent, via email, once full payment of the conference fee is confirmed.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration and ask for a refund under the following conditions:
If you cancel your registration prior to May 30th, we will refund the full registration, reduced by the processing fees.
If you cancel your registration after May 30th, but prior to June 15th, we will refund 50% of the registration, reduced by the processing fees.
All cancellations received after June 15th, 2025 are non-refundable.
Please understand that there are many expenses that we must commit to well in advance, and that these are based on the estimated attendance extrapolated from current registration data. It is therefore not possible to provide full refunds of the registration fees after the early-bird deadline.
