The ATTO X conference will be held in the new scientific and innovation center, called Science Village, during the first three days (7-9 July). Then the conference will move to the heart of the city, at Stadshallen (10-11 July).
Venue 1 – The Loop
The Science Village Hall is located in the Loop building, in the heart of Science Village. This newly built area of Lund gathers academics, students, R&D companies and large research infrastructures (MAX IV and ESS). The Loop is a meeting place for innovation and research where startups, entrepreneurs and large companies merge with cultural events and student life. At the Loop, we will enjoy a brand new auditorium for the scientific talks of the conference, a large foyer to mingle and discuss posters, and a restaurant right by the hall for coffee breaks and for exhibitors to display their latest products.

It is easily accessible by tram, by stepping off at the end of the line: “Lund ESS”. The trip takes about 14 minutes from Lund Central Station. If you are staying at Motel L, the closest stop is “Lund Telefonplan” (7 minutes trip). If you are staying at Elite Hotel Ideon, the closest stop is “Lund Ideontorget” (9 minutes trip). Venue 2 – Stadshallen
The second part of the conference will be held in the newly renovated Stadshallen in Lund’s historical city center. The city hall is where culture and democracy meet and we will enjoy the concert hall in that building during the last two days. It is located a stone’s throw from the cathedral, the central station and the botanical garden.

From the hotels (Motel L and Elite Hotel Ideon), take the tram to “Lund C” and walk about 9 minutes to the venue from there.
