The venues
The ATTO X conference is held between July 6th and July 11th, 2025, in Lund, Sweden and will gather around 300-350 participants. From Monday 7th to Wednesday 9th, the conference will take place at The Loop, located in the Science village. The Loop building spreads over 6 floors, is a place for business, cultural events and student life, perfect to foster collaborations and innovative ideas.
At The Loop, the conference will take place in the Science Village Hall, which will be partitioned in two areas (talks on one side with 306 seats, posters and eventually exhibitors on the other side), the foyer (mingle, posters, coffee breaks) and the restaurant (exhibitors). All three locations are on the same floor and the open floor foyer connects the hall to the restaurant, as shown in the picture below. In the restaurant, there will be space for the 1 m x 2 m table “booth” with two chairs and electricity.
The last two days of the conference, the participants will convene in the venue called Stadshallen (City Hall), where the scientific talks will be delivered in the concert hall (Konsertsalen), which sits up to 450 persons.
Stadshallen offers several spaces for posters and rollups to be enjoyed during the coffee break and mingling times.
